		Mr. Tom Condon -- Manager of Marine Systems Mr. Tom Condon has been working in offshore exploration and production for the last 40 years. He was the Manager of Engineering for GustoMSC from 2005 to 2007. He managed many of the offshore vessel conversion for deep water drilling.
From 1997 to 2005 he was the Structural Engneering manager at Exmar Offshore, a consulting engineering company in Houston. He was the founder of the firm and responsible for the design of the OPTIMA 5000. The vessel is under construction in Corpus Christi. He was the manager of Structural Engineer at the American Bureau of Shipping in Houston, responsible for reviewing and approving many of the offshore construction in all part of the world. Mr. Condon spent more than 20 years with SEDCO/Kvaerner as manager of engineering based in San Francisco and in London. He received a S. and M.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.
